Purpose of Position.

Execute preventive/corrective maintenance on automated machinery, molding process, chillers, and Motan dryer

Responsibilities

• Analysis and correction of mechanical failures in rotating equipment, automatic baggers.

• Identification of electrical faults such as: Diagnosis of AB servo motors, electrical power control, AB and Siemens PLC I/O, sensors.

• Identification of equipment problems using PLC connectivity (ladder analysis).

• Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Pneumatics.

• Load cells

Education.

• Electromechanical Technician.

• Mechatronics Technician.

Work Experience.

• Maintenance Technician for assembly lines.

• Interpretation of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams.

• Interpretation of drawings. GD&T.

• Handling of multimeter, megger, and thermal camera.

• Handling of Vernier caliper, torque wrench, and micrometer.

• Completion of daily reports, computerized maintenance management system.
