Tooling Technician
Purpose of Position.
The Tooling Technician band CC provides excellent support to the Tooling area, repairing high tolerance molds, provide solutions to repair molds by himself, decision making
Responsibilities and tasks of the position.
Corrective Mold Maintenance
High Tolerance Mold Repair
Mold Construction (Cavities, Cores, Inserts, etc.)
Mold preventive maintenance
EC Implementation
Mold Insert Change
New Mold Check list
Electrical and Hydraulic mold maintenance
Electrical and Hydraulic mold repair
Handling of precision tools
Handling of precision workshop machinery (Wire EDM, Sink EDM)
Crane operation
Production support in molding machine
Report daily work
Keeping 5s
Kaizen Implementation
Measurement Tools
Mold Maintenance Management System
Hot Runner Analysis and repair.
Machining
High level of Milling Machine Handling
High level of Surface Grinder Handling
High level of Cutting Machine Handling
High level of Lathe Machine Handling
High level of EDM Sinker Machine Handling
High level of Wire EDM Machine Handling
High level of CNC Milling Machine Handling
High knowledge in the use of all tools for measuring high tolerance
Welding and heat treatment
High level of Laser welding Handling
High level of Tig-Mig Welding Machine Handling
High level of Thermal processing of materials
Heat treatment different steels
Minimum Knowledge and Skill Requirements.
Education.
- Technical Degree
Work Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in tooling operation and molds
