Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain existing business opportunity and develop new business opportunity in assigned OEM/PM account for both FS and parts. Explore, identify and increase penetration opportunity of Gorilla Glass into branded customer products for example Smartphone, Tablet and Notebook etc.

  • Develop, maintain and improve multi-level and multi-function customer relationships and execute division and commercial strategies locally in OEM account.

  • Having overall account ownership. Account strategy development and execution. Lead account activity both internally and externally in complex situation and be responsible for tracking/driving progress at each critical stage.

  • Secure/grow our business share at OEM account by negotiating and renewing CAA periodically.

  • Gain deep understanding of Corning Gorilla Glass, parts and other innovation products. Be familiar with value prop of those products and do value selling to customer decision makers in effective and efficient way.

  • Co-work with OEM/PM customers on marketing co-promotion by leveraging Gorilla Glass branding power and TLA framework.

  • Actively communicating and working with internal stakeholders i.e. Application Engineering, Commercial Technology, Pricing, Product Line Management and Finisher/TPM sales team to ensure seamless information flow and drive design in/win as a group.

  • To collect monthly forecast from OEM/PM, update to Commercial Operation team, coordinate supply when necessary.

  • Risk management to handle any change raised by OEM/PM.

  • Collect and report market intelligent information to management.

  • Other duties may have assigned.

Education & Experience

  • Master or Bachelor degree with Science or Engineering from 1st tier colleges; MBA preferred.

  • 10+ years working experience with 5+ years in electronics industry, such as LCD/Touch Panel/Cover Glass/Mobile Phone business will be preferred.

  • Strong communication skills. Good command of English.

  • Good sales experience with proven track record.

  • Problem solving and analytical skills

  • Be aggressive in new sales development

  • Willing to learn and understand product knowledge and technical aspects
