Purpose of Position:

In this role, you will assure the building(s) and equipment are operating in a safe and optimal condition. The supervisor leads a team and together, we maintain the facility to run efficiently by leading both personnel and equipment performance.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Maintain building and facilities equipment in optimal conditions

  • Track and handle budget

  • Identify saving costs projects within facilities

  • Identify and implement standard methodologies based on experience and corporate recommendations

  • Implement and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities of the facilities equipment that support the operation of the building and manufacturing activities

  • Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing employees

  • Practice and implement safety initiatives such as LOTO, industrial vehicles, EPP usage and electrical safety

  • Handle the usage of supplies and equipment

  • Procure equipment and/or contractor services

Required Education and Experience:

  • Associates degree in electrical, mechanical engineering or equivalent manufacturing industry experience

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience leading a Facility or Maintenance department

  • Experience in large manufacturing operations

  • Knowledge of electrical substations, HVAC, hydraulic pumps, electrical motors, compressed air and reverse osmosis systems

  • Experience leading projects

  • *US Citizenship required

The range for this position is $61,506.00 - $84,571.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
