Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading GGS projects and working with CM team, Corning commercial and on-site operation team with any project related activities from qualification to MP to deliver critical milestones.

• Responsible for developing and monitoring all elements of the project plans, understand process performance, identify failure points, report gaps, track metrics, and drive back team to recover the gap with report to Leadership Team

• Supporting and ensuring key technology and technical requirement smooth transition to certified partners for mass production from qualification stage

• Supporting commercial team managing and prioritizing customer scheduling/pull in requests and frequent ECN/spec/DOE changes. Associate all the changes with cost and able to drive cost with SCM collaboration and reflect pricing with commercial group supports.

• Responsible for overall project performance with assurance to project schedule, delivery, and MP readiness. Identify tasks, determine dependencies, communicate expectations to team members, obtain task effort and duration estimates from team members, and creates/tracks the project schedules.

• Providing leadership, guidance and clarity to on-site team, operation and commercial team in day-to-day activities including technical, pricing, cost, spec, and quality matters.

• Meeting financial KPIs for team management and incentivizing people’s morale and working attitude.

• Calculating business impacts with any changes of project and articulating clearly to program director/ and all key stakeholder/leaders

Requirements: Education & Experience

• University graduate, major in engineering and business

• >5-year experience in project management related experiences

• Experience in working with vendor onsite for contract manufacturing operation and management is a plus

• Experience working at MNC, or global consumer electronics company is greatly preferred

• Global work experience, working across regions and cultures or ever worked in SDC/SDD/SDT

• Experience in display/touch panel manufacturing/cover glass/mechanics is preferred.

Requirements: Required Skills

• Engineer background

• Customer interface skills and mindset

• Fluent in Korean and Mandarin, English a plus

• Experience or/and knowledge of manufacturing process

• Ability to understand and analyze data, recognize root causes and provide recommendations to management or team members.

• Excellent documentation and writing skills to complete report and tracking lists.

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English

• Effective communication skills

• Problem-solving skills

Requirements: Desired Skills

• MBA is a plus

• Certified PM. Project Management skills demonstrated with ability to define object.

• Experience across multiple plants or multiple functions.

• Experience with Quality and Supply Chain management
